Speck USA is a well-known local company that has been around since the 1968 and  is the only complete parking lot maintenance company in Des Moines.  

We provide asphalt and concrete repairs, crack sealing and seal coating, sweeping and striping, decorative concrete, and the manufacturing of table and countertops.  From repair work on a commercial parking lot to providing a new driveway and patio to a residential homeowner, Speck USA is the only “One Stop Shop” in central Iowa for all of your asphalt and concrete needs.

This includes nights and weekend work hours when necessary. Employees are compensated accordingly. 

We are looking for EXPERIENCED Asphalt Crew Member to join our team!!

Job Requirements:

• Must have a valid Driver's License (CDL A or B preferred)
• Previous construction and asphalt experience required, seal coat experience appreciated
• Must be able to speak and read English fluently

Job Expectations:

• To arrive at work by the designated start time
• Working outdoors with variable temperature and weather conditions 
• Be safe!! We strictly adhere to safety requirements and procedures!
• Be a part of a TEAM environment
