Job Description
Dormark Construction Company is currently seeking a concrete finishers / laborers for the upcoming construction season. This position is currently available for our slip-form crew. Job duties include, but are not limited to: • Concrete finishing • Directing concrete trucks during a pour • Tying reinforcing steel and general labor duties.

Dormark Construction pays Davis Bacon Wage on federal funded jobs and a base rate of $22 per hour on non-federal funded jobs. 

Minimum Job Requirements: Applicant must be able to lift and or carry 70+ lbs. Applicant must be able to stand and or bend over for long periods of times. Applicant must be able to stand on uneven ground/rebar. Applicant must be able to work in all weather conditions. Applicant is aware that employment with Dormark Construction is contingent on passing a physical and drug screen. We are a heavy highway construction firm and some travel is required. We do construction across the state and in Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Kansas, and Missouri. Reliable transportation is a must. You are responsible for your own transportation and food. 

Over 85% of our projects are subcontracted work. We have the resources and skill to manage a project from start to finish and with over 30 years in the bridge and highway construction industry, Dormark Construction has the experience to tackle jobs that require a quick turnaround without jeopardizing quality and safety.

We will provide training for the right candidate. We are also in need of a Class A CDL driver and will provide training for anyone interested in obtaining a Class A CDL drivers licence.
